Okay, so this is the reason you're all here, right? To see the novel itself, to find out if this mysterious J.P.S. (Zelda
Master) quack can successfully handle the storyline of one of the greatest games of all time. That's a tall order, I'll admit, but I hope you'll at least allow me the honor of proving to you how much I love this story and how serious I am about getting it into a publishable state.
There are two options here: you can download the chapters in a standard Word format, or you can take my online
tour of the chapters, complete with illustrations.
Legal Statement: This story is, of course, based on Nintendo's Legend of Zelda property. Thus, these chapters
cannot be bought or sold under any circumstances. You are free to download and view them for your own personal use, but if you wish to post them elsewhere, I ask that you contact me first, as I'd like to keep track of where they're going.
With that said, enjoy! I look forward to your comments in the forum or through the email.

Note: the black-and-white illustrations were taken
from the official Ocarina of Time manga (not released in the US). The original images, complete with English translations done by Andrea Scherer, can be found at Zelda Legends.
The color pictures in the prologue (and the one in
Chapter 3 of Saria's angry face) are taken from a European OOT comic, also found at Zelda Legends.
I owe an extra-large THANK YOU to Dave Butler of
Zelda Legends for allowing me to borrow all these materials (the little picture of Link holding a book in the site logo is also from him). If you haven't been to Zelda Legends, I highly recommend it.
All other illustrations are taken from official
Nintendo art found in game manuals and player's guides. |
